Bad experience purchasing the app
I purchased the pass using my email address which I’ve used for over a decade. I paid for the pass using PayPal. I was waiting for the confirmation email because that is required to activate the pass. It never came. I contacted their office and was ultimately told that I needed to use a different email address and a different payment method other than PayPal. While they did efficiently refund me for my initial purchase, I ultimately decided to go with a different pass provider. I’ve used this email address for over a decade and PayPal should work seamlessly. It… They should figure out whatever this technical issue is because it just cost them money and it cost me time… I will never use them again

Great value for classic Chicago tourist attraction
If doing the Shedd, the Ledge and the River tour you save money buying the pass and get 2 other activities in addition. It was so nice that the tickets are the premium versions so you get fun small add ons in addition to admission. The app made it extremely easy to schedule and modify times

Great idea for a vacation
Worked really well. Save money if you are planning on going to multiple attractions. Best part was the additions to each ticket including line passes and other extras that would otherwise require an additional purchase.

A+ Experience in Chicago!
Purchased our CityPASS tickets the day we arrived in Chicago. Everything was very seamless and easy. No problems using our tickets at all. The cost is high but it's worth it when you price out the individual admission costs. The experiences that are included are great too. I definitely recommend this for any first time visitors to the city!

Lost money on this “deal”
My husband and I met our former Japanese high school exchange son in Chicago for a long weekend, and we purchased the 5 attraction CityPaSSes. We were only able to visit 4 of the 5 attractions, and we actually paid more for the CityPASSes than the individual admission prices for the attractions we chose. Also the 5 attraction passes locked us in to Skydeck CHICAGO and the Shedd Aquarium. In their favor, it was very easy to use the CityPASSes and we were given 10% off in museum gift shops. I would not purchase the CityPASSes again.

Great choice
The CityPass is the best option you can get when traveling to a city like Chicago. Everything was so easy. I went to the SkyDeck, the Sheed Aquarium, the Griffin Museum, and the Field Museum. I also took the architectural tour in Spanish. I changed my reservations several times, and I didn't have any problems.
I definitely recommend it 100%.

Best Deal in town
We purchased 5 tickets for a planed trip to Chicago. All the landmarks and museums that were on our to do list were all options on CityPASS. Checking in at each Venue was smooth and fast and an added perk every gift shop we went to offered Discounts for CityPASS user's!!!
